A new version of Smultron (2.1.5) is out, some stuff have been re-arranged and a new icon appears. Here is the new version of the patch.
This application is freely distributed, enjoy !
Download Smultron better icons 1.1 (ZIP - 620 ko)
NOTE : This patch applies to Smultron 2.1.5, an older version works with previous versions of Smultron.

Your little patch app is very nice. Would it be possible to make the source code available for download so we could modifiy it to use on other applications.
